The deadlifts half
The gym is why the farm is physically possible. Feed bags, full water tubs, a kiddie pool that needs dumping twice a day in July. I train for that, and for a number on the bar that keeps going up.
This side of the page is newer on camera than the ducks, and I am building it out on purpose. Expect training days, the deadlift specifically, three-day programming that does not fall apart when a duck gets sick, and the unglamorous parts: eating enough, sleeping enough, and going when you are tired.
I am not a coach, and I am not selling a transformation. I am a person who lifts, has a farm, and is showing what that looks like week to week.
The plan
- Two deadlift days a week, on camera: one set, the number, and how it felt.
- A third day of squats, presses, and carries.
- Filming the sessions, which is harder than filming ducks. Ducks do not mind the camera.
My own experience, not medical or coaching advice. If you have injuries or health conditions, talk to a professional before starting a program.
